Journaling

If the expansion of self-awareness, consciousness, and emotional intelligence represent an inward journey, then a journal of that experience is a must.

The reasons?

You Are Here

Today you have a pretty clear picture of who you are. If you’ve taken our assessments, they’ve similarly painted a scientific picture of your personality and so on. But you don’t intend to be in the same place a year from now, right? Your journal will enable you to look back across time and re-trace your steps, including the pitfalls and stumbles, the unexpected successes. This is also why Lucidata offers unlimited assessment retakes so you can compare your results across time.

The Journey

As noted above, there’s going to be some exciting and difficult and downright maddening times ahead. These are what make the journey – and life itself – so intriguingly wonderful. The real you is struggling to make an appearance. You’re going to want to revisit some of these adventures along the way, particularly when you want to see where, precisely, a big leap was made.

Sharing

Nobody wants to see someone’s vacation photos. But believe it or not, you’re going to find quite a few people who are going to be interested in hearing about this journey. It takes courage. A lot of people want to do this, few want to go first. Your journal can be of use in helping them help themselves.

Looking Back

Years from now, you’re going to look back and marvel at the person you ‘used to be.’ Your own words are going to be critical to you believing that you was real. We’ll leave it at that. Enjoy!
